Mele Kalikimaka! Well that is what you would say if you were this hydrant today! Merry Christmas to all us mainland folks. This gal is looking pretty with all the beautiful green leaves in downtown Waikiki.

And a special Merry Christmas to Andy and Jen who are experiencing the lovely weather in Hawaii.

This guy is fully equipped to take on the snow. He even has his marker pole that sticks up if he get buried. This was taken on a trip to the Adirondacks a few winters ago. I thought now was a good time to post it because I’m dreaming of a white Christmas.

Ben & Brittany :: Engaged

December 17, 2009

Woah! We have been bad bloggers lately! Sorry for the lack of posting! We have been super busy with family pictures, engagement pictures and meeting up with future brides. No excuses though, just pictures!

A few weeks ago, actually before Thanksgiving, we met up with our friends Ben and Brittany to take some engagement pictures! These two are just too cute! They are so fun and happy, we just had a blast taking their pictures! For the second time this fall we headed to Valley Forge National Park and I think you would never know that the two shoots were at the same place!

Anyway, on to the pictures! Michael grabbed this first one and I love it, that is why it is first!

I snagged this one, love it too! Like I said, they are just too cute!

Cue music… “Can you feel the love tonight?” Ok, it was the afternoon, but still, you can feel the love!

Michael took this great shot of Brittany’s ring, it is so pretty, the picture and the ring!

Sometimes, I wish I had pictures of Michael and I like the pictures I take of people… We have great engagement pics but sometimes I just want more! We can model for ourselves right? haha

Hello wonderful light! I love the fall!

And one more, I am gonna say it again, so if your sick of hearing it, look away! These two are just so cute!!

Well, that’s all folks! (whoa, flashback to those old cartoons… weird)

See you soon with more pictures, some families to show you after the holidays, and believe it or not, another Brit and Ben engagement session… different people, same name, very confusing! haha

Have a great day!

Okay so before I get ridiculed and chastised for not posting a Fire Hydrant for 3 weeks here we go. Also to make up for the long hiatus from posts in general I am going to post some of the nature shots from our recent trip to Hawaii. All of these pictures are available for purchase and there will probably be more details about that in the near future.

But without further adieu here is a hydrant lady from Haleiwa, HI. I am not sure what to say about this one. Many things come to mind but I see her so many different ways. So I want you to tell me what you think about her.

And now onto some of the pictures from around the island.

For all you LOST fanatics, yes this is where Desmond’s ship “wrecked”.

This last one we are going to get blown up to a large skinny vertical and hang it in our house. The colors are just the difference between sun and shade.
