Once again a hydrant from St. Michaels, MD. In celebration of spring here is a picture of some flowers, oh yeah and there is a hydrant lurking in the background.

Have a blessed Easter celebrating the hope we have through Christ.

Sorry it has been so long since the last FHF. I have neglected the blog recently. By no means have I run out of fire hydrant pictures, so I am just going to pick up where we left off.

It seems like most hydrants like to spend their time near street corners. This one is looking dapper in his fresh yellow coat while chilling next to a palm tree in Charleston.

Also as a side note, we have some pretty awesome clients. Last week Lindsay received and email from one of our 2010 bride’s and she closed the email with “Happy Fire Hydrant Friday.” How cool is that!

So Happy Fire Hydrant Friday

This guy kinda reminds me of a homeless person. Sitting on the sidewalk in the not-so-nice part of town. Manayunk is a great place to eat, shop and of course shoot but this hydrant is on the edge of the nice town. fhManyunk

What is up with the fire hydrants?

Yes another one from Greenville, I guess that’s what happens when you go to college there. We all look in the mirror in the morning so why shouldn’t a hydrant get to?

As I “reflect” back on last year I can see a lot of growth in our business and photography. This make me super excited for this year. One of the things we are doing is launching a new web site, soon. (yes for those of you that have followed us from the beginning this is design number 4). We are doing this to provide better features to brides and portrait customers. More to come on this in the near future.

Why Fire Hydrants?

This guy has had quite the life. He is now left all alone in a field to rust away. With this new year we have a chance to prevent that from happening in our own lives as well as in the lives of others. I saw The Blind Side the other night and it was such a vivid reminder about putting myself aside and to take notice of those in need. Happy New Year! Let this picture be a reminder of those in need.
